• Every Deejay project is supported by, directly employed manpower; equipment and vehicle resources; health and safety policies, method statements and risk assessments.

 

Scope of Services

• Comprehensive commercial removal service, from early pre-move planning through to the physical move itself to post-move aftercare service.
  
• A complete move management service. Provided as a matter of course on all moves, covering the space planning, estimating, scheduling, resourcing and man-management of the move.
  
• A project management service. This service offers on-site expertise (in addition to that provided by team supervisors and foreman) on a day-rate basis covering move related activities that the client may wish to outsource during very large projects.
  
• Internal move, call-off contracts of staff and vehicles for FM departments with ad hoc requirement to undertake internal moves on a regular basis.
  
• On-site porterage services for large and multi-site clients who wish to outsource their daily porterage requirement.
  
• Storage solutions within secure warehousing, covering general storage, archive storage and record management for companies wishing to outsource their stock management to free up that expensive office space.
  
• Furniture sales: We are able to sell many varieties of new furniture ranges with extremely attractive discount arrangements with major furniture manufacturers. This combined with our relocation services, offers a 'turnkey' approach for company relocations / reorganizations.
  
• Furniture clearances: Often companies are left with an amount of unwanted furniture following relocation due to either new purchase of items or loss of space. We are able to offer solutions in partnership with Green Standards to assist with the clearance of redundant furniture and IT by managing the process of disposal by selling, donation to charities and or recycling with full reporting audits.
  
• Office refurbishments: We can in conjunction with Deejay Projects Ltd also offer a wide range of internal refurbishment services ranging from simply hanging notice boards in support of a relocation through to complete office refurbishments including, partitioning, flooring, suspended ceilings, power, data and lighting etc..
